N	Nikoletta Vörös on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ez a cég egy vicc! Leadtam a rendelést, felvették velem a kapcsolatot, hogy pénteken vagy hétfőn megérkeznek az általam rendelt gumiabroncsok. Ezután se kép se hang se gumiabroncs. Telefonon érdeklődtem és nem tudták megmondani miért nem adják fel, pedig ott van raktáron. Másnap újra érdeklődtem és még mindíg nem tudni miért nem küldik. Ezek után sztornóztattam a rendelésemet. This company is a joke! I placed my order, contacted me to see if the tires I ordered would arrive on Friday or Monday. Then no picture, no sound, no tire. I inquired by phone and they couldn’t tell me why they wouldn’t give up even though it’s in stock. I inquired again the next day and still don’t know why they weren’t sent. After that, I canceled my order.
Z	Zana Zoltán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gyorsaság és az ár-érték miatt ötöst adtam volna, de a webáruház hibája miatt hármas lenne indokolt. Nincs bankkártyás fizetési lehetőség. Ellenben a rendelésnél meg lehetett adni és be is jelöltem: bankkártyás fizetés a futárnál. A futár meg csak nézett ki a fejéből mert NINCS ilyen lehetőség. Végül is megoldódott hogy a munkahelyemre rendelt gumikat kp kifizessem, de nem így készültem. Jah, két hetes német gyártású gumi érkezett, ezért is járna az ötös. A fizetési módot leszámítva bátran ajánlom őket. I would have given him five because of the speed and the value, but it would be justified because of the fault of the webshop. The courier just looked out of his head because there was NO possibility. After all, I managed to pay off the tires I assigned to my workplace, but I didn't. Yeah, two weeks old German-made rubber arrived, so it would be the fifth. I recommend them with the exception of the payment method.

Nagyon nem ajánlom, hogy interneten vásároljatok gumit ennel a cégnél, mert a megrendelest nem teljesítik, és még annyit sem tesznek, hogy szóljanak, hogy ne várd a gumit, mert sz@runk rád ügyfél. Plussz áfa csalok!!!! Nem adnak külföldi cégnek áfa mentes számlát!!! Dear future customers !!! I highly do not recommend that you buy tires from this company online because they do not fulfill your order and do not even tell you not to wait for the tires because you are a customer. Plus VAT cheats !!!! They do not give a VAT-free invoice to a foreign company !!!

A gumik nem voltak becsomagolva, postás hozta. Friss DOT szám, az autóra már felkerült. Remélem nem lesz vele garanciális problémám. Elégedett vagyok I chose Automax because of the good price and free shipping. I ordered it, in 2 days I already had the 4 tires. The tires were not wrapped, brought by a postman. Fresh DOT number, already on the car. I hope you won't have a warranty problem with it. I am pleased

Közölték, hogy feldobták a többi gumi kupacra , nem kezdik el keresgélni....NEM ADTÁK ODA A LEVETT GUMIKAT!! A recepciós ügyintéző "hölgy" olyan lekezelő stílusban beszél az ügyfelekkel, hogy egy idősebb bácsinak én magyaráztam el a számlát, mert ő közölte vele kérdésnél, hogy értelmezze...Felháborító..Ott hagytam 74 ezer Ft-ot, soha többet. Nem ajánlom senkinek. (Reitter Ferenc utca 95 telephely...) Yesterday I went on a date to buy and replace the 4 winter tires. They spoke after the exchanges, I can go pay. Z	Zoltan Kapocsi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egészen addig minden rendben van náluk, amig vásárolsz. Na, garanciális problémával már nem kivánnak foglalkozni. Egy pár hónappal korábban tőlük vásárolt gumiabroncson több helyen is szálszakadás keletkezett. A gumisok szerint ez egyértelműen gyártási hiba következménye volt, igy a garanciális problémát jeleztem az Automax felé. Anélkül hogy a gumit látták volna, irásban közölték, hogy ez nem garanciális probléma, un. kátyùzás történt. Ezzel én nem értettem egyet és kértem, hogy a gumit egy szakértő ugyan vizsgálja már meg és ez alapján döntsenek a garanciális igény jogosságáròl. Ezután egy 2 hònapos időhùzás következett. Én ugyan rendszeresen érdeklődtem, hogy mit állapitott meg a szakértő, de a válasz mindig az volt, hogy a vélemény még nem készült el. Amikor a türelmem elfogyott és közöltem,hogy az ügyet jogi utra fogom terelni, másnap kaptam egy két soros un. szakvéleményt. Ebben az állt, hogy nem jogos a garanciális igényem. When my patience ran out and I announced that I would take the matter to court, the next day I got a two-line so-called. expert opinion. It said that my warranty claim was not legitimate. I will never buy from this company again.

Semmijen írásos tájékoztattást nem kapok, hogy hol tart a rendelésem. Valószínűleg ez volt az utolsó rendelésem! With the rubber profile also involved increased delivery time. Minden rendben lett volna, ha a centírozást végző kollegájuk nem hasraütés szerűen helyezte volna fel a súlyokat (volt olyan felni a 4-ből, ami 30 illetve 25g súlyt kért az elvileg tökéletes centírozás után.) Mivel 14"-os fekniről beszélünk, ez elég jelentős probléma... Senkinek nem ajánlom! I ordered a new rim + tire in the webshop, with the Reiter F. street site acceptance.
