A garanciás ügyintézés nem a vásárlónak kedvez: mondván nem új állapotában vettem észre a hibát, és a futófelület kopása már túlmutat egy bizonyos értéken, nem cserélik ki a hibás gumit. Nonszensz. Nevetséges és szánalmas! Felhívni természetesen nem lehet őket, beszélgethet az ember a robottal. A telephelyen voltak még páran, akik így jártak. Többet tőlük biztos nem rendelek. Mikor lecserélték a 4 gumit, közölték, hogy nem jó a centírozó gépük, ha gond lenne, vihetem bármelyik szervizükbe. Nos a gond jött is, mert a centírozás hiánya miatt, menet közben ráz a kormány. Felhívtam a központot, erre a hölgy mondta hívjam fel a gumi.hu telefonszámát, mert övék a mammut 2-ben lévő szerviz. Felhívtam, ott nem is tudtak róla, hogy nem jó a centírozó gépük. Kapcsolta, közvetlenül a szervizt, ahol a kolléga, annyit mondott, hogy ő csak helyettesít, és nem tud vele mit kezdeni, hívjam a központot..... Hívtam, majd a hölgy közölte, jó utána néz és hívni fog. 2 nap elteltével, újra hívtam a központot, hát sajnos nem tudja, így egyeztet a szervizzel, és hívni fog. Nos azóta eltelt 8 óra és még mindig semmi.... Lesz holnap anyázás mikor odaállítok a szervizbe... I bought 4 new tires and got a date when they can be replaced. No problem so far. I called and then the lady told me she would look and call. After 2 days, I called the center again, but unfortunately you do not know, so call the service and call. Well it's been 8 hours since then and still nothing .... There will be a mother tomorrow when I set it up for service ...
