★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak egy alkatrész cikkszámáról szerettem volna telefonon segítséget kérni, de minősíthetetlen, undorító módon hajtottak el. Elképedve állok a történtek előtt. Nem gondoltam volna, hogy a VW-nél ilyen történhet, hogy az ügyfelet (akarjon bármit is!) ilyen alpári, gusztustalan módon rázzák le.
I only wanted to ask for help on the part number of a part over the phone, but they were driven in an unqualified, disgusting way. I stand amazed at what happened. I didn’t think such a thing could happen at VW to shake a customer (want anything!) In such an Alpine, distasteful way.

The central telephone was picked up by a very kind-voiced lady who switched on to an indescribably grandiose technical colleague who yelled at me to have to wait three / four weeks for an oscilloscopic examination! Thanks for the “kind” information, I don’t take the opportunity!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came into this shop from the motorway, on my way to the UK. Had the DPF filter light on and the car was in LIMP mode. . After connecting the car to the computer and doing some tests they told me that the filter is done, completely clogged and that they can, actually, hack the car computer into thinking that the filter is ok and allow me to continue my ride the normal way. They said that the filter NEEDS to be changed, as it is dangerous to drive like this. After 3 or 4 hours and 40 euros spent there I left, with the car driving ok. Less than 2 km later I had the same issue but, as I already lost too much time on the way, decided to continue like that and check it at home, in the UK. In Birmingham, a Polish mechanic checked it again, almost took out the entire exhaust, just to find that the DPF SENSOR was out. Fixed it in 10 minutes, the filter costed 18 pounds. Honestly, I do not recommend to anyone to go to VW in Eger.
