★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is fantastic! I was totally pleasantly surprised by this because when you arrive and park, the area looks a bit rough. Then as you approach the building there is graffiti on the walls. I walked up the steps and prior to opening the door I expected a similar quality - cheap and cheerful. But no. When you enter it's like entering a first class lounge or an expensive restaurant.
First you are hit by the floral scent and the clean and decorative furniture. The view is also wide and you feel on top of the world.
They serve food and drinks which is very good and nice soft music plays in the background.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have nothing else to do you can walk to the this point at the top of hill. Soviet style tower with a view on the town. Nothing special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really short but very nice walking from the city, actually road is in recostruction. Next month will be more beautifull. From the tower is nice view on the city and you can taste coffe or wine on the top.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view is excellent, highly recommend the view, but it is so sad that this kind of view is shaded by the lack of care about the surroundings. There is also small coffee shop with reasonable prices. This place also deserve small renovation, although at first glance it looks kind of new. Coffee is 3*, but (I guess) owner is so nice and smiling all the time and speaking english, that I give this place 4*.
