★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szánalmas a cég kommunikációja. Flegmák, pökhendik, lekezelők, előre utalás esetén ülnek a pénzeden, levélre nincs válasz, telefont néha felveszik, de érdemben nem szólnak hozzá. Szégyen, ahogy kezelik az ügyfeleket!
The company's communication is pathetic. They are phlegmatic, poopy, handlers, sitting on your money in case of a referral, no reply to a letter, sometimes they pick up the phone, but they don't answer it on the merits. Shame on the way customers are treated!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megfelelő árakhoz és termékpalettához szégyenletes kommunikáció társul. Egy érdeklődő kérdésért is számonkérő levelet kap az ember, ráadásul a vásárlás is meghiúsult. Sajnálom, hogy az egyébként korrekt üzletet épp a normális kommunikáció hiányával rontják el, mindenesetre akinek ez is fontos, a boltot egyáltalán nem ajánlom.
The right prices and product range are accompanied by shameful communication. You also receive a follow-up letter for an inquiring question, and your purchase failed. I'm sorry to spoil an otherwise fair business with just the normal lack of communication, who in any case it is absolutely important to not recommend the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kétszer rendeltem, több féle babot, de egyik sem volt frissen pörkölt,a crema csak meg-megjelent. A sötét pörköléshez láthatóan nem értenek. A szupermarketes kávébabnál frissebb, de engem nem győztek meg.
I ordered twice, several types of beans, but none were freshly roasted, the crema just appeared. They don’t seem to understand dark roasting. Fresher than supermarket coffee beans, but I wasn’t convinced.
