Egyfelől, akár a többi zarándok, ők is a Szentkút áldásos vize miatt érkeznek, hatalmas gyertyákat visznek a csatkai Szűz Mária szoborhoz, meghallgatják a misét, imádkoznak, énekelnek. Másfelől ilyenkor önálló cigánytalálkozót tartanak: férjet keresnek a lányoknak, ékszereket, ruhákat, különféle díszes holmikat árulnak, zenélnek, mulatnak.
 The farewell in Csatka is the most important church holiday for the Oláh Gypsies in the Carpathian Basin. On the one hand, like the other pilgrims, they come because of the blessed water of the Holy Well, they bring huge candles to the statue of the Virgin Mary in Csatka, listen to the Mass, pray, sing. On the other hand, they hold an independent gypsy meeting: they look for a husband for the girls, they sell jewelry, clothes, various fancy things, they play music, they have fun.
