G	Gergely Zuppán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nagyon jól felszerelt, ultra modern, tiszta, és elit fitness centrum. Fontos a hangsúly a fitnessen, ugyanis ez nem egy szimpla konditerem. Sok és sokféle kardió gép, sok csoportos program, de azért rendelkezik klasszikus eszközökkel. Fekpad, súlyok stb. A kávézó része jól felszerelt, és korrekt áron van. A személyzet kedves, a személyi edzők nagyon tapasztaltak. Az első alkalom ingyenes. Ajánlom. Very well equipped, ultra modern, clean, and elite fitness center. Focus on fitness is important because it is not just a gym. Many and many types of cardio machines, many group programs, but they have the classic tools. Bench, weights, etc. The café is well-equipped and reasonably priced. The staff is nice, the personal trainers are very experienced. The first time is free. I recommend.

Professzionális körülményeket biztosít ,én csak úgy emlegetem ,hogy egy kis "ékszerdoboz". Élvezet itt edzést tarrani, a lányoknak is tetszik! As part of the Turai Gymnastics Club, we hold Women’s Gymnastics workouts in the gym above for girls. Provides professional conditions, I just mention it as a small "jewelry box". It's a pleasure to have a workout here, the girls like it too!

A lényeg azonban megvan; a fekvenyomó pad, az erőkeret és a kétkezes rúd kiváló ergonómiájú, szabad súllyal végzett edzéshez ezzel minden adott. A fitness gépek vadiújak, korszerűek, célizmokat hatásosan terhelik. Modern, új építésű,tiszta, napsütötte terem. Kicsi de igényes tusoló és öltöző. The floor space is small, with a correspondingly limited number of machines. But the point is there; the bench press, the power frame and the two-handed rod are all ergonomic for free weight training. The fitness machines are brand new, modern, and effectively load the target muscles. Modern, newly built, clean, sunny room. Small but demanding shower and dressing room.
