Ezen kívül nem kaptunk hozzá használati utasítást és a számla egy nappal hamarabb ki lett állítva, mint ahogy a terméket megkaptuk, amivel nincs is baj ha kiállítanak egy átvételi nyilatkozatot ami természetesen elmaradt így az interenes vásárlást illető 14 napos visszavásárlási kötelezettség mindjárt csak 13-ra ugrott. Az alkatrész hiányról nem csak szóban, emailben is szó volt, ennek ellenére a visszaküldött termék helyett ismételten hiányosan érkezett a csere termék amiről kiderült, hogy igazából nem is tartalmazza gyárilag ezt az alkatrészt. Telefonban jelezték, hogy sajnálják, nem tudnak vele mit csinálni, akkor majd kijavítják a hirdetést. Ezt mind flegma stílusban, mintha én tehetnék arról, hogy ennyire szervezetlen a munkájuk. Békéscsabai üzletükbe visszavittem személyesen a silány terméket, ahol 10 perc telefonálás után szakított időt rám az eladó,és visszakaptam a pénzt. Egyáltalán nem rugalmas a vásárlás, ha panasz érkezik a telefont egymásnak adogatják és minden nap más a felelős a rendelésért. Senkinek nem ajánlom a vásárlást. The lack of a part was not only verbally or e-mailed, but the replacement product was repeatedly defective instead of the returned product and it turned out that it did not actually contain this part at the factory. They said on the phone that they were sorry they couldn't do something about it, then they would fix the ad. All in a phlegm style, as if I could make their work so unorganized. I personally took the shoddy product back to their shop in Békéscsaba, where after 10 minutes of calling the seller took time out for me and got the money back. Shopping is not flexible at all, when you receive a complaint, the phone is handed to one another and the person responsible for the order is different every day. I do not recommend anyone to buy.
