A kerekek segítségével könnyen át lehet tolni másik helyre. A várakozásomnak maximálisan megfelel, örülök, hogy ezt választottam. Egyetlen egy negatívum: a matrac nagyon vékony és kemény. De ezt megoldottuk egy összecsukható matraccal. Easy to open, fold. Can fit in a small space. The baby feels good in it. I am also pleased with its stability. Its color is perfect. The wheels allow you to move easily to another location. It meets my expectations to the maximum, I am glad I chose this. One single negative: the mattress is very thin and hard. But we did this with a folding mattress.

Ügyfélkezelés: kritikán aluli, az 1 csillag is sok.reagálás a cég válaszára : Gondolkozz egy kicsit legközelebb, mielőtt kioktatsz. Főleg úgy, hogy a többi vásárlód is olvassa. Ingyen tanácsot nem szoktam osztogatni, de most kivételt teszek. Ebben a helyzetben ez lett volna a helyes kommunikáció: "Sajnáljuk, hogy nem sikerült megfelelni az elvárásaidnak, a külső raktáron lévő termékeinknél hosszabb a szállítási idő. Szeretnénk, hogy nálunk vásárolj, ezért itt egy X%-os kupon. Elnézést a kellemetlenségért!" - szomorú és szégyen, hogy az ilyen vállalkozásoknak van piaca manapság...
