There is a lot of waiting time, 1.5 hours minimum, even if in principle only 2 people are waiting for the given clerk. Otherwise, they are kind and helpful.

Az űgyintézők ezzel szemben kedvesek és teszik a dolgukat! The information desk is a arogáns, not at all helpful lady. I try not to get in touch with her affair intézésnél! The agent on the other hand are nice and do the job!
