A motor sokkal rosszabb állapotban volt mint a fényképek és az előzetes telefonos és email egyeztetés alapján. Ez csak akkor derült ki, miután 400 km-t utaztunk a kereskedésig. A helyszínen lehangoló volt a kommunikáció, és amikor kértük, hogy egyeztessünk az árról a cserére szoruló féktárcsák miatt, akkor azt a választ kaptuk, hogy van új motor is, azt vegyünk, ha nem tetszik. Nem tudok jobb értékelést adni, és mindenkinek javaslom, vigyázzatok az innen kapott információkkal. Unfortunately, I can’t say good things about them, the experience of buying a used engine was very negative. The engine was in much worse condition than the photos and based on prior telephone and email consultation. This only came to light after we had traveled 400km to the trade. Communication at the site was depressing, and when we asked us to negotiate the price because of the brake discs that needed to be replaced, we got the answer that there is a new engine as well, we take it if you don’t like it. I can’t give a better rating and I recommend everyone to be careful with the information you get from here.

És vissza sem hívnak.. Amit szerettem volna: információ szerzés telefonon, mert nem a szomszédban lakom, hogy bebattyogjak a főbejáratukon. Amit javítani kéne: nem kezelt ügyfél megkeresére az hibás hozzállás, hogy próbálkozzon később. Ez nem a Dévényi torpedó. A nem kezelt ügyfél megkereséseket kezelni kell! Például visszahívással! I called them several times over the phone within 4 hours, they didn’t pick me up once. After ~ 10 seconds the call went to the machine to try later .. I won't leave a message .. And they won't call me back .. What I wanted: getting information over the phone because I don’t live next door to sneak in their main entrance. What needs to be fixed: find an untreated customer with the wrong attitude to try again later. This is not the Dévényi torpedo. Unhandled customer requests must be handled! For example, by calling back!

Közel 70.000 értékben kerestem alkatrészeket yz250f- hez.. “hozzáértő” kolléganő megjegyzése” biztos ingyen vettem a motort” arogáns tulaj: “mit akarok én a 15 éves motoromhoz” Amikor nem tetszésemnek hangot adtam: RÁM TETTE A TELEFONT!!???Profitbarát vállalkozás .. motoros barát helyett ! Kerüld el !!! sokkal jobb és motoros barátabb üzletek léteznek! Remarkable for arrogance and pomp! I was looking for parts for yz250f worth almost 70,000 .. “competent” colleague’s comment ”I must have bought the engine for free” arrogant owner: “what do I want for my 15 year old engine” When I didn’t like it: I MADE THE PHONE TO ME !! business .. instead of a motorcyclist friend! Avoid !!! there are much better and more motorcycle friendly shops!

Ne jak jiní vás odkazi jinam protože nemáte jejich značku. Perfect approach to the customer. When you have a problem with a motorcycle, they try to solve it even if it is not Yamaha. Not how others refer you elsewhere because you don't have their brand.
