★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Többnyire elégedett vagyok. Viszont a tértivevénnyel érkező hivatalos levelemet nem adták át, azon nyomban visszaküldték a feladónak, "nem vette át" címen.
I am mostly satisfied. However, the official letter that came with the return receipt was not handed over, it was sent back to the sender immediately, "not taken over".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A telefonba arrogáns-ak a vevővel szemben. A szórólap kiszórásàt elválaljàk és kiszàmlázzàk de a teljesítés elmerad vagy nagyon kis mértékű. Fogyasztóvédelem felé jelezve lett ! Magyarország így szeretlek !!
They're arrogant on the phone towards the buyer. The flyer will be stripped off and sprayed, but delivery will be stalled or very low. Has been marked for consumer protection! Hungary so love you !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Képeslap feladás történt 2019.07.22. napján délelőtt, ami azóta se kapta meg az Illető. A fiatal kislány, aki ült a pult mögött félre rakta feladáskor és még számlát se adott. Fizettem és a pénz elrakta... Nem ajánlom senkinek.
Postcard posting on 22.07.2019. in the morning on the day, which was not his or her ever since. The young little girl, sitting behind the counter, put her aside at the posting and didn't even give the bill. I paid and the money was put on ... I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az eltűnt levelem reklamációja során meghallgathattam, hogy mert sokan kidobják a levelet a reklámújságokkal, mert annyi a rossz láda, biztos ide sem ért a küldemény, csak a küldő indíthat reklamációt, aki nem én vagyok.... stb. stb. stb.... A láda zárható, névvel ellátott. Mutattam a fotót.... Semmi segítőkészség, attól akihez fordultam. Kivéve az ablaknál ülő, kedves fiatal hölgyet, aki elnézést kért. Elmentemben még hallhattam a vezetőtől, mindenki a postát okolja... Nem is mondtam pedig ilyet... Csak a levelem szerettem volna.... :-(
During the complaint of my missing letter, I could hear that because a lot of people throw out the letter with the advertising newspapers, because there are so many bad boxes, the shipment probably didn't get here either, only the sender can start a complaint who is not me .... etc. etc .... The box can be locked with a name. I showed the photo .... No help from the person I turned to. Except for the lovely young lady sitting by the window who apologized. When I left, I could still hear from the manager, everyone is blaming the mail ... I didn't even say that ... I just wanted my letter .... :-(
