Best Campground in Hungary

S	Sander Faas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Average naturist camp site. We spent two nights in a mobilhome at this campsite at Lake Balaton. It's not bad, but not really good either. Pros: - directly at the lake, naked swimming; - sanitary facilities are clean and in good working order; - good restaurant with friendly staff; - the area around Lake Balaton is beautiful; - supermarket at 15 mins walking distance. Cons: - the campsite itself isn't particularly beautiful with its small spaces, many campervans, and a concrete wall to shut out prying eyes; - lots of mosquitoes; - the bedding in the mobilhome was a bit grubby, with sweat stains in the pillows; - the lady at the reception could do with some lessons in customer service. We had to wait in line for checking out and when it was our turn she purposely let two other guests go first. This was our first visit to a naturist camp site in Hungary and I don't know about Hungarian standards, but compared to naturist camp sites in Spain and France we've visited, Berény was just average. All in all not a place we would return to.
D	Dávid Kovács on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great place to spend a week there or two. The staff is nice, the quality of accommodation varies but it's mostly OK and the facilities are OK too. I would normally give this campsite 4 stars but as there are too few naturist campsites and/or beaches in the area I've decided to overlook some smaller shortcomings and I'm giving them 5 stars. :)

j	j m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very diverse camping place with very nice restaurant, amenities and shallow waters really good to swim. The place is also well accessible with both private and public means. The staff are very friendly and the prices are pocket friendly as well. Will surely be going there many more times.
K	Kóródi Péter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very authentic and absolutely friendly and clean beach. People are nice and friendly includint the staff. It is absolutely worth to visit for thos who enjoy experiencing some beach time without having clothes on.
R	RV Nomading on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately they've become greedy and now charge more than most places in Europe, including wanting €4.50 per day for a dog. For these prices you can go to some of the best campsites in Croatia or Greece Very sad to see this happen.
