Az árak elfogadhatóak és a bútorok minősége is teljesen rendben van. Helpful and competent sellers. Z	Zoltán Tőzsér on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cardó ágyat rendeltem a Balmaz Bútor Kft-től. Kiszolgáltak. Amikor viszont megérkezett az ágy és később problémám volt vele azt mondták ezzel nem tudnak mit kezdeni. A "híres" Cardo (Glow, 160-as) ággyal távolról sem vagyok megelégedve maximálisan. Az ágy csak 155 cm széles a hírdetett 160 cm-es szélességgel szemben, s mikor ezt szóvá tettem az üzletben közölte az üzletvezető, hogy néhány százalekos eltérés előfordulhat az eltérő szövethasználat miatt, s azért is, mert manufakturális úton gyártják a terméket. Különben is nézzem meg a garancialevelet, amelyben ez egyértelműen le van írva. Így is van. Csak sajnos nem csak ez. A Cardó Kft. kb. 2 oldalon ŕészletezi, hogy mire NEM vonatkozik a garancia. S persze a leírást csak a vásárlást követően kaptam meg. Egyébként a 10 év, 2018 nyarától 5 év garancia csak a rugózatra vonatkozik nem a teljes ágyra. A marketing persze a 10 éves garanciát domborítja ki. Szóval, a Cardó ágyon az alvás az első 1-1,5 hónapban gyötrelem és szenvedés volt. Fátfájdalom, merevség érzés, "nem bírok megmozdulni érzés" és zsibbadás. Most viszont viszonylag kényelmesen alszok rajta. Lehet ennyi idő kellett míg megszoktam vagy "puhult az ágy"-a bolt magyarázata szerint. De vélemenyem szerint egy ágynak első éjszakától kezdve kényelmesnek kell lennie. Legalábbis ezt vártam. A másik az ágy mérete: 155 cm nem elegendő két átlagos magasságú és testsúlyú embernek. Szóval egyedül viszonylag jól alszok a Cardó ágyon (kb 2 hónap után), de a párommal már nehezebb ügy. Egyszerűen nem elég nagy az ágy. Összességében, főként a Cardo ággyal, illetve 2 oldalon részletezett "mire nem vonatkozik a garancia" résszel nem vagyok teljes mértékben elégedett. Jómagam másik Cardó terméket nem fogok vásárolni. Kiegészítés: A cardo ágy összeszerelése három emberes feladat. (Ketten tartják a fekvőfelületet, egy harmadik fél csavarozza az ágyat. Csakhogy a 4 rögzítési pontból csak hármat tudtunk rögzíteni, mert a 4. Csavarba menetével probléma volt. A boltban azt tanácsolták, hogy vágjuk ki a szövetet és próbáljuk kipiszkálni a csavart a helyéről..... no more comment. ) I ordered a Cardó bed from Balmaz Furniture Ltd. They were served. But when the bed arrived and later I had a problem with her, they said they couldn't do anything. The "famous" Cardo (Glow, 160) is far from satisfied at all. The bed is only 155 cm wide compared to the advertised 160 cm width, and when I said it in the shop, the manager told me that there could be a few percent difference because of the different use of the fabric and the fact that the product is manufactured. Anyway, look at the guarantee letter, which clearly states this. So, there is. Unfortunately, not only that. Cardó Kft. See page 2 for details on what the warranty does NOT cover. And of course I got the description only after the purchase. By the way, the 10-year, 5-summer-2018 warranty only applies to the spring, not the whole bed. Marketing, of course, outweighs the 10-year warranty. So, sleeping on the Cardó bed for the first 1 to 1.5 months was anguish and suffering. Wood pain, stiffness, "I can't move" feeling and numbness. But now I sleep relatively comfortably on it. It may have been as long as I got used to or "the bed softened", according to the store's explanation. But I think a bed should be comfortable from the first night. At least that's what I expected. The other is the size of the bed: 155 cm is not enough for two people of average height and weight. So I alone sleep relatively well on Cardó's bed (after about 2 months), but my partner has a harder time. The bed is simply not big enough. Overall, I am not completely satisfied with the "what's not covered by warranty" section, especially on the Cardo bed and 2 pages. I will not buy another Cardó product myself. supplement: Assembling the cardo bed is a three man task. (The two are holding the bed, a third is screwing the bed. But only three of the 4 anchor points could be anchored because there was a problem with the Thread 4. The store was advised to cut the fabric and try to squeeze the screw out of place. .... no more comment.)
