★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lakott területen kívül egy egész jó minőségű kerékpárúton tekerhetünk a két település között, helyenként látványos vidéken, és végső soron egészen Ebesig. Balmazújvároson belül gyalog- és kerékpárúton haladhatunk, meglepően jó minőségben. A Keleti-főcsatorna előtt és után viszont ki kell menni az úttestre, mert a hídon nem vezet át kerékpárút. Nagyhegyesnél csapnivalóan pocsék az infra, Hajdúszoboszlón pedig lényegében a járda van kitáblázva, éppen a turistaövezetben, ahol a fürdő is található. Ez főként nyáron nem túl szerencsés, a már említett sok turista miatt. Mivel az úttesten bringatilos van, marad a gyalogosok kerülgetése.
 Outside a residential area, you can cycle along a whole high-quality cycle path between the two settlements, in some places in spectacular countryside, and ultimately all the way to Ebes. Within Balmazújváros we can go on foot and by bike, in surprisingly good quality. Before and after the Eastern Main Canal, however, you have to go out onto the roadway because there is no bike path on the bridge. At Nagyhegyes, the infrared is bad, and in Hajdúszoboszló, the sidewalk is essentially signposted, right in the tourist area, where the spa is located. This is not very lucky, especially in the summer, because of the many tourists already mentioned. As there is a bike ban on the road, pedestrian bypass remains.
