Ha utána felveszik, rámrakták a telefont. Két hete ígérgetik, hogy az adott héten postázzák, ami azóta sem történt meg. Az egy hete közzétett véleményem után megkerestek e-mail-en keresztül, újabb ígérettel, hogy legkésőbb péntekig meg fog érkezni a medálunk, ajándékként a kellemetlenségekért. Péntek este van, a medál még mindig sehol. Lassan gyorsabb lesz, ha kitanulom a szakmát és megcsinálom én. A pendant ordered a month ago has not arrived. They do not reply to emails. Ügyfelszolgálatukon vagy nem is veszik fel a telefont vagy simán egyszerű kérdésekre a válasz helyett rárakják az emberre a telefont. Messenger-es megkeresésre kezdetben válaszolnak, majd napok múlva már csak elolvassák az üzenetet de nem válaszolnak…napokkal később az üzenetet már el sem olvassák. A 21. században szánalmas az ilyesfajta “ügyfélszolgáltatás”. A munkájuk minőségéről nyilatkozni viszont továbbra sem tudok hisz az általam megrendelt medál egy hónap elteltével még mindog nem érkezett meg…. They initially reply to a Messenger request and then in a few days they only read the message but do not reply… days later they no longer read the message. In the 21st century, this kind of “customer service” is pathetic. However, I still can't comment on the quality of their work, because the pendant I ordered didn't arrive after a month….
