I went into the store in the days where two ladies for sale were also present. In front of me came a lady shopper who wanted to choose jewelry. One of the ladies helped the person interested in choosing the jewelry, the other did-and-bought at the counter, and then she too enthusiastically started helping the lady who selected the jewelry. I waited for about 7-8 minutes for someone to ask what I wanted? I then got bored of the role of the invisible man and the way the two sellers discuss the shades of the earrings with the customer without caring at all that another customer is in the store as well. I had professional service in the store two floors up, so I spent my money there. I would advise someone else this too, because where they don’t say hello, where they look like air, I never thank you again.

I do not recommend them to anyone! In preparation for the big day of our lives, my wedding ring was ruined twice. We ordered it from them in late January, it was finished in mid-June with a second repair and still not good! It’s also a joke that if your ring size is smaller than average, they can’t even accurately measure the size! At first they ruined everything on it, it was completely different from what we asked for, the second time they ruined the size again because they can't measure it accurately, do they? I asked for a 48-inch ring, which I scented for myself, and then they claim the size is good, only my finger is not good. I took him to Goldsmith because I didn’t want to believe that my finger was constantly the thick and plentiful 1 size wrong, again! We didn’t get an apology now either, but the full purchase price will be paid to the man. Throughout the 5 months, we kept looking for them because they never notified us of anything! Empathy and problem solving are also zero, in my heart I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I look at the rings and cry myself out of disappointment, I owe this to them so they are getting ready for one of the biggest days of my life! Everyone avoid them!

It is only here in the entire Danube Plaza that batteries and straps can be replaced. I took it in for 5 hours, the lovely young man working there did it in 10 minutes! He did a thorough job quickly, at an affordable price. I also changed the strap one hour. Thanks! I am maximally satisfied!
