Nem ajanlom oket senkinek, a felelotlenseguknek koszonhetoen 4.hete!! vagyunk futes es melegviz nelkul decemberben! Megertem ha valaki elfoglalt de inkorrekt ha a megbeszelt idopontra harmadszor se megy el mert szamitottunk ra es ezert nem hivtunk mast. Hat igy toltottuk a karacsonyt futes es melegviz nelkul!
For the third time, the boiler mechanic did not come at the promised and fixed time, we didn't pick up the phone even if we bought it! I do not recommend them to anyone, thankfully 4th week for their irresponsibility !! we are running without hot water in december! I understand if someone is busy but it is incorrect not to go to the agreed time a third time because we have calculated and therefore we have not called. This is how we spent Christmas without hot and cold water!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy regi gazkeszulek alkatresze irant erdeklodtem, a ket fiatalember kozul az egyik nyugalmat lathatoan megzavartam kenyelmesen elterpeszkedve a szekeben telefonozgatas kozben kora delelott. Egyaltalan nem voltak segitokeszek, alternativat sem ajanlottak, egy-egy "igen, nem, nincs" szavakkal(!) valaszoltak, amit nekem kellett kihuzni beloluk nagy nehezen - erezhetoen nyug voltam nekik abban a par percben amit ott toltottem. Azt hiszem az ugyfekezelesben volna mit tanulniuk, es azt hiszem ezzel en nagyon diplomatikus voltam. Semmi gond nincs ezzel, azt biztosan tudom, hova nem kell beternem legkozelebb, es melyik az amit nem fogok ajanlani masnak sem.

There's nothing wrong with that, I know for sure where I don't have to go next door, and which one I'm not going to recommend to anyone else.
