Seriously this company is pure joke !! I would have known that inflexibility and indifference, not even taking the interests of the buyer into account so deeply plead the boundaries of basic humanity at bb, I can order my washbasin elsewhere ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nagyon vontatottan megy a vevővel történő kommunikáció. Kérdéseink , kéréseink megválaszolása hetekig tart. Több milliós ajánlatokra úgy várják el a megrendelési igényünk kifejezését hogy egy képet nem kaphatunk a tervezett dizájnról. A szerződéskötés alapja egy Excel tabella kellene hogy legyen. Tipikus magyar “szolgáltatói” hozzáállás : Küzdj hogy nálunk költhesd el a pénzed. ☹️

Unfortunately, communication with the customer is very delayed. It takes weeks to answer our questions and requests. For multi-million dollar offers, we are expected to express our order requirement in such a way that we cannot get a picture of the planned design. The contract should be based on an Excel spreadsheet. Typical Hungarian “service provider” attitude: Struggle to spend your money with us. ☹️

Ez ám a hosszú távú ügyfélpolitika !!
After 10 years, the foil comes off the kitchen furniture front, which I bought from them almost at a gold price. They spread their hands when the warranty has expired.
But this is the long-term customer policy !!
