Magyarországra több mint 475 évvel ezelőtt érkeztek Svájcból menekülve az első baptista hitelveket valló misszionáriusok, akik közül sokan hitük miatt mártírokká lettek.
 The Baptist movement is a Christian revival and renewal movement established during the Reformation, following Protestant principles. The movement is also called the Baptist Church, and their followers are called Baptists. More than 475 years ago, the first missionaries professing Baptist beliefs arrived in Hungary, many of whom became martyrs because of their faith.
