I write really angry, upset and disappointed, and at least I would like to explain my experience in Barber Shop Budapest MOM Park. . I got an appointment in the barber shop for a haircut and the hairdresser refused to cut my twelve years old son's hair because he said he could not cut afro-hair. He was lying on a chair holding a dog and he didn't even try to stand up while he was talking to his workmate (of course, he didn't speak English with us). I asked if anyone else could do it, but I didn't get any answer. I guess they bought the pictures published in the website where you can see a brown-skin boy showing his hairstyle. I don't care if they don't know how to work with afro-hair, but this behavior is really rude. And, of course, I don't want to think in deep about the reasons of this attitude.

I stepped in for a shaving and it was great. The place has very positive vibe, personnel is nice and helpful. They offered a balm or aftershave to choose from and were delicate and precise when shaving. My skin feels great.

The first time I went to get my haircut here, I wasn't super happy about it but I thought it looked alright. The barber was nice and so was the receptionist. After sitting down, I gave them instructions on what kind of haircut I wanted, and I even had a translator to help me out and clarify. Even after all the translation and clarification, they still disregarded what I wanted and proceeded to cut parts of my hair off that I didn't want touched. I decided to try it again and give them a second chance, an boy did they blow it big time. I decided to get my beard trimmed this time as well as a haircut. After two guys asked me in English what I wanted, two different times, I again told them not to touch the top of my hair and only to cut the sides. So the barber took off about an inch off the top. I sat there really frustrated not knowing what to say to him. After cutting my hair, he trimmed my beard. After trimming, he pulled out a disposable razor and began cleaning it up. After finishing, I found 4 nicks on my neck, all of which were bleeding. I paid and walked out, never to return.

Quick and Efficient, recommended, but be very clear what type of haircut you require.

Booked an appointment online and it was all good, happy with my haircut. They don't speak English well but it was easy to communicate. I cut a star because it's a bit expensive than usual haircut prices in Budapest.
