The vast majority of our furniture has reached its destination, partly intact. But unfortunately, our expectations were also only partially met. While the marketing text and testimonials on the company’s web and facebook pages highlight that they are very precise, very skillful, and take you “anywhere” anywhere, I had problems with that and I don’t consider the company as professional as they advertise themselves to be at all. From the very beginning, the vendors began to have problems with "that the TV is too big, they don't usually ship it." Eventually, of course, they packed it up and took it away, but stressed that they don’t take responsibility for it. It's really a bigger TV, but I wouldn't say it's huge, it's a bigger size this day, so I didn't understand the problem. The biggest problem, however, was that our child’s wardrobe couldn’t be taken down the stairs, halfway through saying it was impossible to take “this here” down. Yet I had sent them all the information about the furniture days in advance, illustrated with pictures, so they needed to know what they were undertaking. In vain did I tell them that the same cabinet had been brought up in the same way once, so even then it would have to come down somehow: colleagues didn’t really strive for a solution, they found all sorts of explanations for why it didn’t go, and they put it back in place and stayed there. and even a lamp was broken. Either they could have been lowered through the balcony or dismantled, but they didn’t want to do either, it was obviously easier to leave on site. I would hardly call this professionalism: what I saw there was, to put it mildly, an amateur struggle. And they didn't apologize for the broken lamp, but we wouldn't have regretted it anyway if at least the closet could be brought. The most painful thing about this is that because of this we now have to buy another one in our new place of residence, which unfortunately means another expense in terms of the cost of moving. Not to mention that we have no idea yet what to do with the closet left there. My next problem was that although I asked for full foiling in the order, for all the furniture, unfortunately this was only sporadic: that's why our bed mattress arrived very dirty and there were minor traces of damage on other furniture as well. In the end, they arrived at the destination not at the agreed time, but more than 1 hour earlier, although we did not set the time by accident. In the meantime, we communicated very kindly with the moving colleagues, we offered them drinks and food, they even had a shower at the destination as a farewell, and even my wife and I carried the less heavy belongings and furniture, so we didn't sit with arms folded, the work on them we spared a large part of them, yet we did not feel that, as a result, we would receive special attention and mobilize their knowledge and dexterity to the maximum. Eventually, I also hoped the company manager would ask how satisfied we were, but that didn’t happen, he answered my phone call very succinctly, almost only in a dog run, that I had transferred the agreed amount and didn’t get any feedback on his receipt, although he promised. Overall, I have to say that everything started very well, the communication was adequate in the beginning, there were no hidden costs, the 900 km trip was also done with the furniture largely intact. At the same time, for such an amount, I didn’t feel like a really professional moving partner and there were several moments with which I was specifically dissatisfied. I feel an exaggeration for the excellent rating with which they promote themselves. However, of course I am well aware that it is very difficult to find a better moving service than this. If I had to give a school grade, I would get a medium grade.

We moved from Hungary to the Netherlands, with quite a bit of furniture and a lot of boxes. The head of the company kept wondering, several times, how well we were going, to the point where I could only say yes at every such call. The driver / loader was also very helpful and sympathetic. We loaded and unloaded together, had good company and arrived early within the possibilities, which I appreciate. We packed and boxed everything before the move, so I can't say that. I can only recommend them.
