Mondjuk ez igencsak bosszantó, mikor hiányoznak cm-ek és pótolni kell valahogy. It was all we wanted to buy. It was shipped the same day. On the other hand, the 5-meter rafters were only 4.91-4.95 m. Let’s just say it’s quite annoying when cm is missing and needs to be replaced somehow.

Sales staff is quite rude and acts as if they are doing You a favor for letting you shop there. They often make faces when you ask them to do anything (same thing on phone or over e-mial). Either a basic customer service training or some morality boost would do that place some good as I've not yet seen a smile from them or even a "Thank you for spending your money here".
