★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elvesztettem a zálogjegyem,az alkalmazottak nem voltak hajlandóak segíteni,csak miután leveleztem a központtal és felszólították őket , hogy végezzék a dolgukat!! Barátságtalanok és fáj nekik a munka! Bármelyik másik BÀV fiókot ajánlom de ezt nem!! 2 ember kellett hogy egy jegyzőkönyvet amire csak az adataimat kell beírni kitöltsenek illetve egy pénzátvételit kinyomtassanak és lepecsételjenek 1 óra alatt.
 I lost my pawnshop, the employees refused to help me, only after I sent the center and asked them to do their job !! They are unfair and hurt for them! I recommend any other BÀV account but this is not !! 2 people needed to fill in a protocol for which only my data should be filled in and a money transfer print and stamped in 1 hour.
