Unreliable company. I don't recommend it to anyone.

4-6 weeks delivery time promised This a. Week 11 and nowhere nothing I didn't get anything unless I scribbled on them In the summer I wanted to install the doors but if they go that way it will only load next year

We have not received a door ordered more than two months to this day. After a long phone call, I got the answer on the phone that I think I should order from elsewhere.

I am completely satisfied with everything. The order was promised for 4-6 weeks and for a month and a half the requested product was here, which is very nice. The colleague who called to get the ordered door the next day was nice. It was because a nice supplier came the next day. I recommend to everyone's attention, really reliable company. Thank you for everything.

I received the ordered product okay. I bought it for a garage door. It serves the purpose perfectly.

Unreliable company! I ordered the door with 2-6 weeks of production / delivery. After about 3 weeks, on Friday afternoon at 6 p.m., they called to deliver the door on Saturday morning. The date was not good as they spoke almost at the last minute. They promised to deliver it in principle next week. Surely they could never say anything. Two more weeks later, no one showed up. Then, after another phone call, they couldn't promise anything when they would deliver the door. Not for the sixth week either. So that my door is, in principle, three weeks old. In the meantime, it turned out that they had sold it to someone else in the meantime, so they couldn’t tell me anything for sure. They just promise, they lie !!! Such a company is the lag to be avoided from afar! I am writing to you that the opinions of others are similar to mine..but I'm sure there's something wrong with me, and I'm lying. Because your company is not lying to itself, but even to the customer. I’m just indicating that I was told on the phone then that I couldn’t pick up the door in person. And I wanted to. Are you not asked for an advance, are you interested !? I would rather have given way to a normal credible company who doesn’t promise and backfire here and there! That's what you wrote! And we ask ourselves the "best company", you are not in a position to describe a company you do not know! Am I not in a situation?! ? I don't feel that way! But can you lie down yourself !? I wish you every success in the future!

I ordered on November 02, 2021 since then there is no door yet !!! I'm waiting, I'm very patient, because if I canceled another order, the recount would start. If I get the door, I will never order more from them.

Unlike many of us, everything was fine. Delivery was a bit slow, but that was enough for the price. We asked for a quote elsewhere, but there would have cost a window and a door made of the same parts one and a half times as much. The only negative is that we installed it ourselves and when I would have asked for a little help with snapping off the side light frame, the answer was that the mechanic knew.
