K	Klaudia Ábrahám on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltem 4 db ablakot, melyek nyitott állapotban érkeztek, beszerelés után sem Lehetett az ablakokat bezárni, mert akkora különbség volt a két szàrny között, beállítás hibás volt, a mesterek hogy ne legyen nyitva az ablak illetve ne maradjunk ablak nélkül plusz költségért kijavították a hibàt , így már legalább zàrni is lehetett az ablakokat. Jeleztem ezt a cégnek!! Nem voltak ilyen szempontból segítőkészek! Mert állításuk szerint az ablakokat zàrt állapotban szállítják! De ha hibás a termék nyitva érkeztek, akkor kérdem én hogy érkezhettek zàrt állapotban, ha még a szakértők sem tudtàk javítás nélkül megoldani azt! Alapból a szállítócég is panaszkodott hogy nyitott szàrnnyal ablakot még nem szállítottak és nem Is fogják vállalni mert megsérülhet a termék! Szóval igaz olcsó , hamar megérkezett, de a kellemetlenséget sem kompenzálva, ajánlom mindenkinek hogy próbálják ki egyből hogy tudjàk e nyitni és zàrni rendesen az ablakot ha pedig nem küldjék azonnal vissza!!! Hosszan: Rendeltünk ajtókat. Igazából időben meg is jött, azzal nem volt gond. Az ajtók 2-3 hétig álltak a csomagolásban, mire beépítésre kerültek. Kibontás után vettük észre, hogy az egyik ajtó a hungarocell csomagolás alatt sérült. Lefényképeztük, jeleztük a cég felé. 1-2 hétig csend volt, szóval újra telefonáltunk, ahol azt mondták, hogy a lengyel gyártó befogadta a garanciális kérést, küldjünk még pár képet az ajtóról, hogy lássák pontosan milyen ajtó volt. Elküldtük. Eltelt egy bő hónap, csend. Újra telefonáltunk, a válasz annyi volt, hogy "a garanciális ajtókat a lengyel gyár alacsony prioritáson gyártja, szóval több idő" Eltelt újra egy hónap, csend. Újra telefonáltunk a válasz: "gyártásban van a csere ajtó" Eltelt újabb 1.5 hónap, csend. Telefonálunk 2szer, nem tudnak semmi, várják az infót a lengyel gyártól. 3. telefon: "túl sok idő telt már el, így nem adnak garanciális cserét az ajtóra". Mindezt úgy, hogy 4 hónapig azt mondták, hogy már gyártják a csere ajtót. We called again with the answer: "the replacement door is in production" Another 1.5 months passed, silence. We call 2 times, they know nothing, they are waiting for the info from the Polish manufacturer. Phone 3: "Too much time has elapsed so they don't give a warranty replacement on the door." All this so that for 4 months it was said that the replacement door had already been manufactured.
