The ordered product came in perfect, undamaged packaging, although this is already a minimum requirement. As for the plus, there was uncertainty about the method of payment (courier, cash on delivery), the original information was not clear. Finding the deal, we found a solution. And during the phone call, the colleague was helpful, he was not impatient, he managed to come up with things that I did not originally plan to ask. Unfortunately, I haven’t known this business so far, maybe their marketing can’t understandably be as extensive as one or two competitors. But I'm glad I found them. In many cases, a smaller business has the advantage that a market behemoth is slowly starting to lose: that the buyer is important and not just the price, because there are times when the added service makes it worthwhile to pay at least possibly more. Well, even if the prices are much better, only a lot of people automatically start with more marketed, more present companies because that automatically comes to mind. (And it was an unpaid review, they worked for it :)

I don’t have a habit of evaluating, especially not writing an opinion, now I feel like I have to break that habit. I have a bitter taste in the company. On January 10, I ordered a product from them that, according to the delivery time listed on the page, should have arrived at the address provided that week. In comparison, it arrived on January 21st. There is no problem with this, because I inquired and were informed that there is a delay, a lot of the order, the partner company is overloaded. However, when the courier first arrived, I did not receive any prior notice in the form of an SMS, email, phone call. So I had to contact GLS where the package number was not in their system (which wasn't on the notification label left by the courier anyway, and I'll cover that later), so in principle the package isn't either. On January 19th, I received 3 emails from Be-Va Chip about the invoice, the order placed (with the package number), and the warranty card. I think at least two of these should have arrived the day I ordered the product, or after 1-2 days. The courier didn't have my phone number, so he couldn't notify me. I also provided my email address. I feel disorganized for this company. With semi-authentic information about delivery / delivery times for the products, I assume this information is out of date, and their email system looks to be busy as well, or simply not working well if it is so late. I prefer not to send a picture of the packaging, but all I can describe is that it was quite torn apart. This is more of a courier's fault. I can say so many positives that the product is thankfully not damaged (apparently) and it works. However, the next time I put my head to order, I will really consider whether this company is suitable for this, and I would rather choose another one, where if the given product is only 1000 forints more expensive, but it arrives on time and I will receive information about it in time.
