She is super talented - always knows what you need, she knows what fits your style and she never dissapoints you with the end result. I definitely recommend getting your eyebrows done with her. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did medical pedicure today. I always had problem with my foot nails. but surprisingly Nati was really professional and kind with everything. We were communicating without any issues. I also met a lot of staffs for some advice. Undoubtedly, this is my favorite and the best place for me to have any kind of beauty treatment in Budapest. highly recommended.

I'm a very picky customer, well, the hair colour result is just amazing, can't be happier, very professional, great products, amazing results. My eyebrows also looking beautiful. I’m regularly visiting this peace I think more than 3-4 years , after the lockdown I was a bit nervous but they are so particular about social distancing, impeccable hygiene and also SO esthetic. You just feel welcome the moment you walk through the doors. The whole team is adorable and friendly and makes you feel at ease. Thanks again I'll be back ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I have been a guest of your salon since 2019. I went there because I was really satisfaid with Nisha. I was late, because of the traffic I called the receptionist half an hour earlier. They told me that I could go later around 18.15. I was there- I tried to explain the situation to the receptionist, but she could not show empathy at all, also she was really rude. More over she told me that it is not possible that someone proposed me a new time period, also sze asked me to pay the half of the treatment, which I did not get.
We are all humans- I could not understand that in the 21 st century why it is hard for a receptionist to be kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I made an appointment here for a medical pedicure and was scheduled with Julia. Despite the language barrier, she did an exceptional job and recommended a follow-up routine pedicure in 3-4 weeks. Today I went in for a manicure, this time scheduling specifically with Julia. My previous manicure was 8 weeks ago at a different salon but that's another story...Julia was very professional, methodical and an absolute perfectionist! I can honestly say that I have never had anyone take the time and pay so much attention to detail as she did. Very happy with the services I have received here and highly recommend them. I look forward to scheduling other services here and can only imagine that the rest of the staff are as professional and expert as Julia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a hair dye, my hair had blonde highlights and i wanted more homogenous light brown hair. I showed pictures of what i want and warned them specifically not to make it look orangey-red warm colors. The top of my head turned out fully red and my whole hair was very dark brown, when i told them that it was not what i wanted they told me the color will be the color i want after a few washes. It just got worse with red hair on roots and still very dark brown hair overall. I have been calling them for the past 24 days and they keep saying they will ask the manager and call back. They said they would call on monday and its been a week since then with no phone call. They didnt refund or offer a fix to the hair. Such a waste of time and my hair looks very bad.
