Nagyjából talán két hét telt el az első hívásig, ezért a négy csillag, de ez lehet, hogy a szabadságolások miatt voltak, vagy nem volt szabad időpont... Ki tudja... Ezt követően viszont elkezdett minden olajozottan működni. Időpontra megjelentem, kaptam vizet (ha kértem volna, kávét is), időben fogadtak. Gyorsan és célratörően átbeszéltünk mindent, a következő időpontot is le tudtuk egyből egyeztetni. Szimpatikus, első találkozás után hozzáértőnek tűnő segítő. A honlapon található "alap" csomag személyiségteszttel konkrétan ebben a formában jelenleg nem elérhető, "cserébe" teszt nélkül viszont valamivel olcsóbb, illetve nagyon rugalmasak és úgy tűnik, hogy ügyfélcentrikusak. A szolgáltatás alapján pedig a későbbiekben visszanézek az értékeléshez, és ha minden o.k., menni fog az öt csillag. I applied for a career service. And based on the service, I’ll look back at the rating later, and if all o.k., the five stars will go up.

Egy hetet vártam, majd e-mailben érdklődtem, hogy mi a helyzet. Bár a levelemre egy szót nem reagáltak, a weboldalon hirtelen megváltoztatták a státuszomat "önéletrajza alapján nem felelt meg"-re, bármilyen magyarázat nélkül. Ennyit a kölcsönös bizalomról és köszönöm, hogy a hülyéjét járatták velem. Ha majd megtisztelnek azzal, hogy magyarázatot kapok, akkor esetleg hajlandó leszek eltávolítani nyilvános értékelésemet. A második kör után pár nap elteltével döntés született, és rögtön munkába állhattam. Külön köszönet azért, hogy a kapcsolattartó kolléganő végig körültekintően tájékoztatott a kiválasztási folyamat aktuális állásáról. After applying for a job advertisement at Beck and Partners, I was given a trial job via email and was soon contacted by phone from the company to get into the personal interview round. T	Tök Mindegy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teljesen amatőr, dilettáns csapat, totálisan kiábrándító kommunikáció és működésmód jellemzi a Beck and Partnerst (sajnos nem egyedüli módon Magyarországon). Személyes interjú után zérus visszajelzés, ígéretek be nem tartása, maszatolás... aztán meg: megkeresnek emailen egy pozícióval kapcsolatban, amire hetekkel korábban már jelentkeztem, persze nulla visszajelzéssel. Hagyjuk is, tipikusan hazai botcsinálta, kókler vállalkozás ez is. Felejtsétek el! Beck and Partners is characterized by a completely amateur, dilettante team, totally disappointing communication and way of working (unfortunately not the only way in Hungary). After a personal interview, zero feedback, not keeping promises, smearing ... and then: they contact me by email about a position I had applied for weeks earlier, of course with zero feedback. Let's say it's typically a domestic stumbling block, it's a brokerage business too. Forget it!
