★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 hónapot vártam a kanapéra, ugyan beleegyezéssel, de amint probléma akadt a szállítással és további késés lépett fel, senki nem volt hajlandó alkalmazkodni. Se a Beliani se a futárszolgálat csak mutogattak egymásra. Elvileg továbbították a panaszom a vezetőségnek, megígérték, hogy lesz válasz is, de azóta semmi. Nem ajánlom őket, mert nem partnerek ha gond akad.
I waited 3 months on the couch, albeit with consent, but as soon as there was a problem with the delivery and further delays occurred, no one was willing to adjust. Neither Beliani nor the courier service just pointed at each other. In principle, my complaint was forwarded to the management, I promised there would be a response, but nothing since. I don’t recommend them because they are not partners if you have a problem.

Én megtettem: vízágyat vásároltam drágán, kaptam egy kritikán aluli ágyat, majd kezdődött a tortúra a visszaküldéssel meg hogy a pénzemet visszakapjam! Mondanom sem kell, hogy nem a teljes vételárat kaptam vissza!!!!
Beliani sells junk quality products! NO ONE SHOULD MAKE THE ERROR OF BUYING FROM THEM !!!! I did it: I bought a water bed dearly, I got a bed under criticism, and then the torture started with the return and to get my money back! Needless to say, I didn't get back the full purchase price !!!!

De azt igen, hogy szörnyű a kiszállítás. Egy hete meg kellett volna érkezzen papír szerint a két polc, amit rendeltem. Németországból időben beérkezett, és Magyarországon egyszerűen felborult a rendszer.
A szolgálati vonalon csak elnézést tudnak kérni, de semmi segítséget nem tudnak nyújtani. Utoljára rendeltem tőlük.
I still don't know the quality of the product I ordered.
But yes, the delivery is terrible. A week ago I should have arrived on paper according to the two shelves I ordered. The system arrived from Germany on time, and in Hungary the system simply collapsed.
They can only apologize on the service line, but they cannot provide any help. I last ordered from them.
