A javítási folyamatot kb 2 és fél hétig húzták majd arra hivatkoztak, hogy azért nem tudják kihozni a készüléket mert a szállító táppénzen van. Nem tudom milyen szerviz az ahol egy szállító van de így a következő két és fél hetet ezzel húzták el. Majd nagynehezen megérkezett a készülék hozzánk, tele nagy karcolásokkal, horzsolásokkal és kisebb horpadásokkal. Gondolom a k...a precíz el és visszaszállításnak köszönhetően.. ? Az eladó hölgy készségesen segített, fotózzam le az adattáblát, és küldjem el mailben, amit még aznap meg is tettem. Válasz is érkezett, hogy megkérik az árat. Tegnap - február 22-én gondoltam rákérdezek, hisz értem, hogy mondták, hogy a cata-hoz lassú a szállitás, de az áradás is? Erre kaptam egy válasz levelet, hogy "Tekintsük tárgytalannak az árajánlat és alkatrész igényt, mivel a forgalmazó többszöri megkeresésünkre sem reagál" Nos felütöttem a netet, találtam egy pesti céget, a weboldalukon kértem árat, 25 perc múlva már megkeresett egy értékesítőjük. Igaz, hogy 5-6 hét a szállítás, de tudtak árat is adni, nem esett nehezükre, és meg is rendeltem. Aki tudja, kerülje a Belkát, ez már nem az a hely, mint régen. Az 1 csillag is sok nekik.
