I ran 4 rounds here with my pre-ordered special dog food. the attitude was simply frustrating - not yet arrived; and then the boys forgot to unpack the car - and then there were two more screams - and then a drastic "price increase" of approx. was double what was originally indicated. let's just keep it real.

Despite its small floor space, there is a large selection in the shop on the subject of aquaristics. Not the cheapest, but I go there and take what I need off the shelf. This is often more important than the good price.

The saleswoman is very kind and cute ... she has helped me several times. There were a lot of us last time, so it was even fast. He knows his business very well. Plus, I got some very nice sailing fish, the larger store didn’t have such a large selection at the roundabout. ? I recommend! +++++

I like to come here because they greet me with a smile, the store is full of life. Rodents, birds, reptiles, fish, plants are thousands of tools, everything you need for animal husbandry. It is in a very good location in the city center, easily accessible by car, there is a parking lot next to it.

Helpful seller, well equipped shop.

I used to come here sometimes because it was a bit far away by bike. Sorry I didn’t mention you by name: the blonde tattooed lady for sale is brilliant. Extremely experienced, feel free to ask him. However, if they were deputies, they’re not so much the best anymore and you’re better off coming back when the genius is already working. The shop is really quite small, the supply of fish is good nonetheless.

Kecskemét, 21st century, downtown Zoo Centrum .. shame and disgrace !! Entering the store from the street, 4-5 shoppers, including 2 small children and 2 sellers, were greeted. One seller serves customers while the other seller stands on a ladder to "clean up" aquariums. So far so good. 2-3-4 steps in the store, oops I slipped on the floor. No problem, I thought to myself, sure of the water spilling out as a result of the cleaning. A few seconds later, my partner tells me to look at my feet because the floor is really slipping, not only because of the spilled water, but also because of the dead, mostly algae-eating fish thrown on the ground in a distasteful way. Again, this is a business that children usually go to! We avoid the corpses, we look into a couple of aquariums, because we just came to the store for algae-eating fish. Seller asks what you can help. We tell him, and in a few minutes, the algae eater of his choice will come in the bag if we want anything else. (we had bought fish there before, always served by a nice, knowledgeable, thin-haired, blond-haired lady, of course we could choose the fish as well). I asked a few more questions of interest about the aquarium testers, a drop test, a quick test, but the brown-haired, heavily cold, coughing, thumping incompetent saleswoman’s answers were disappointingly ridiculous. He had no idea what it was, what to look for on the shelf, and what to use. When we got home from the store, we put the fish chosen by the lady in the aquarium, by which time we could see that everything was wrong with her. The fish is specifically inflated, its scales ruffled. By then, we thought it might have something to do with the dead algae eaters lying on the ground in the store. I ask: if the sellers know that the fish have a disease or a few pieces of that species have died, then why will they sell them for 1,500 forints at all? And the server vendor needs to be sent on sick pay very quickly, in this viral situation, for the benefit of customers, including children.
