★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai tapasztalatom az ügyfélközpontúság teljes hiánya, közvetlenek, kedvesek, de egyszerűen nem hogy nem tudnak, nem is akarnak az ügyfél problémájával foglalkozni... ül a kedves 3 nőszemély, és nincs kedvük , ez lerítt róluk :-( egy olyan biztosító kapcsán érdeklődtem, ami az ő hatáskörük...) Sajnos az ügyintézői gárda gyakran cserélődik, ezt látni hónapról-hónapra és romlást mutat a színvonal ...Ezentúl neten intézem a biztosítási ügyeimet, amit csak lehet...
