Odatelefonáltam, 20 perc múlva fogadtak (akkor értem oda), azonnal feltárták a problémát, fúrtak-faragtak-esztergáltak, "riasztástól" kevesebb, mint 2 óra múlva kész volt a javítás.
Pozitív hozzáállás, higgadt kommunikáció, gyors, pontos, hozzáértő intézkedés.
Generátor problémával ide!!
Abszolút kellemes élmény volt.

I called there, they answered after 20 minutes (then I get there), they immediately discovered the problem, drilled-carved-turned, less than 2 hours after the "alarm" the repair was ready.
Positive attitude, calm communication, fast, accurate, competent action.
