Nem a kutyámnak megfelelő terméket vásároltam tőlük, utólag vettem fel a kapcsolatot velük telefonon és tudtam meg, hogy ez nem is az én kutyámnak való. Nagyon készségesek voltak és kicserélték a kutyámnak megfelelő készülékre. Nagyon rugalmasak és gyorsak (kedden feladtam nekik a csomagot és csütörtökön itt volt a másik termék), példát vehetnének a nagy multi cégek róluk! I recommend them to everyone! I didn’t buy a product from them that was right for my dog, I contacted them by phone afterwards and found out that it wasn’t even for my dog.
