I was very disappointed today. My husband went in to you in the morning to inquire about a certain drug that is currently in short supply. Since last 9 hours my husband could no longer go in, however, he asked one of the ladies to be kind enough to check if there is any medicine for them as it would be important (my mother is SLE patient). The lady looked at her and said she had them. My husband’s request to put it aside is true reluctantly but he said okay. My husband went back to town at noon just for that. First, the ladies working for you complained to each other that my husband did not have a mask. They talked about my husband as if he wasn’t even there, in a very hurtful tone. As far as I know, it is not mandatory to wear a mask for the time being for someone who is healthy and even the WHO directly says only patients should wear a mask. Then they didn't even say they had this drug. They arranged a phlegm with a shrug saying ‘they think the system is bad’. They did not apologize for the inconvenience caused by their alleged bad system. I'm sure we won't go to you anymore.
