★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sokat dolgoztunk velük, és eddig minden rendben volt. Kritikán aluli, hogy egy emailre nem tudnak 2 hét alatt válaszolni. A telefont kezelő hölgy egyáltalán nincs képben és semmit nem mond, csak azt, hogy ma épp szabadságra ment valaki. Egy bocsánat elhangozhatna ilyenkor. Ha valaki egy szolgáltatást nyújt, az a minimum, hogy válaszol egy emailre, akár azt, hogy nem vállalja az adott munkát.
We worked with them a lot and so far everything has been fine. It is uncritical that they cannot respond to an email in 2 weeks. The lady handling the phone is not in the picture at all and says nothing but that someone has just gone on vacation today. An apology could be heard at this time. When someone provides a service, the minimum is to respond to an email, or not to take on the job.
