Első körben nagyon rendesek voltak, azt mondták küldik GLS-sel a cserecipőt, mi pedig adjuk oda ami nálunk van. Mondta anyukám, hogy rendben, de pénteken megyek nyaralni nekünk addigra kellene a cipő. Ohh persze, megoldják stb... a következő telefonnál, már azt mondták csak akkor küldik ki a cipőt, ha már beért hozzájuk ami nálunk van, de mondta anya, hogy sűrgős, nem fog ide érni péntekig stbstb.. már nem voltak annyira segítőkészek, azt mondtak fizessük ki az új pár cipőt és akkor küldik, ezt pedig elviszik. Nem mentünk ebbe bele. Természetesen azóta sem jöttek a cipőért,és azt hiszem már egyértelmű, hogy péntekig nem érkezik meg a cipőm. ? Először nagyon jó véleménnyel voltam a boltról, de most legalább annyira nagyon mérges és csalódott vagyok. Mert nem a mi hibánk volt, nem arról van szó, hogy kicsit rendeltem vagy még sem tetszik, hanem arról, hogy NEM AZT KÜLDTÉK AMIT RENDELTEM! My mother ordered me shoes for my birthday .. we selected them based on a picture, but unfortunately they didn't send me the shoes we ordered. They were very normal in the first round, they said they would send the replacement shoes with GLS and we would give them what we had. My mom said it was okay, but on Friday I’m going on vacation we should have the shoes by then. Ohh of course, they solve it etc ... on the next phone, they already said they would only send out the shoes once they got to what we had, but mom said it was urgent, she wouldn't be here until Friday etc ... they weren't so helpful anymore , they said pay for the new pair of shoes and then they send and this is taken away. We didn't go into that. Of course, they haven’t come for the shoes since, and I think it’s already clear that my shoes won’t arrive until Friday. ? At first I had a very good opinion of the store, but now at least I am so very angry and frustrated. Because it wasn’t our fault, it’s not that I ordered a little or don’t like it yet, but that it was NOT SENT WHAT I ORDERED!

( ugyanaz a termék 4 ezer Ft-tal drágább) It is an orderly business, but their prices are disproportionately high, e.g. compared to Deichmann. (the same product is 4 thousand HUF more expensive)
