★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gyakorlatilag át lettünk verve. A webshopban 2 pár vágókést rendeltünk egy földfúróhoz, és egy pár vagókést kaptunk a futártól. Felhívtam a céget, ahol azt a választ kaptam, hogy sajnos elírás történt a webes felületen, az ár, csak egy párra vonatkozik. Elmondtam, hogy nagyon sajnálom az elírást, de én annak tudatában rendeltem, hogy a megjelölt összegért két pár kést fogok kapni. A válasz az volt, hogy egyelőre raktáron sincs vágóélük, miután kapnak, fogják küldeni a másik párt is. A mai nap megkaptuk, de a kollégáimnak ki kellett fizetniük ezt is. Továbbra sem értem, hogy egy cég, hogyan engedheti meg magának, hogy utólag bármit is módosít egy rendelésen. Ettől még az is etikusabb lett volna, ha elutasítja a megrendelést. Senkinek sem ajánlom, hogy innen vásároljon.
We were practically beaten. In the webshop, we ordered 2 pairs of cutting knives for an earth drill and received a pair of cutting knives from the courier. I called the company where I got the answer that unfortunately there was a typo on the web interface, the price only applies to a couple. I said I was very sorry for the misspelling, but I ordered in the knowledge that I would receive two pairs of knives for the amount indicated. The answer was that they still don’t have a cutting edge in stock, and once they get it, they’ll send the other party as well. We got it today, but my colleagues had to pay for it too. I still don’t understand how a company can afford to change anything on an order afterwards. It would have been even more ethical to reject the order. I do not recommend anyone to buy from here.
