Berzsenyi Dániel Gimnázium is a secondary school in Budapest, which is considered one of the elite schools in Hungary: according to the HVG's 2017 ranking, it is the 36th best secondary school in the country. ?

I'm a high school student myself, so "a bit" biased, but I claim that with its fantastic community, professionally and humanly correct teachers, famous mentors and great traditions, it is one of the best secondary schools in our country. :) A 10th grade human

The flag of the grammar school is that it was founded in 1858. In fact, this is the year of the foundation of the "Pest Imperial and Royal Catholic High School", which is one of the predecessors of the present school. Another predecessor is the Bolyai Secondary School, whose history dates back to 1872: the 9th high school of the capital was founded under the name of Budapest-Terézváros State Headquarters, which subsequently picked up the name Bolyai Grammar School. In 1941 the two patina institutes melted. Geographically the school and its predecessors are located at Markó utca 29-31, Markó street 28-30, Huba utca. The institution moved to the current location in 1986. It is visible from the inside of the building itself that it is "used", that day and every day many students are wiping out, but there is the nature of it. Berzsenyi is also remembered in great paintings, as well as the illustrations of the famous students of the school with the following names: Marcell Benedek, Dénes Gábor, Alfréd Hajós, Frigyes Karinthy, Mihály Károlyi, Tamás Lantos (Tom Lantos), Ferenc Molnár, Radnóty Miklós, György Szepesi, Albert Szirmai.
