The painting, on the other hand, went very far. I also showed my demand in a picture, I also said it orally. (what hair I went with, what I asked for since I left) The sad part is the complaint handling that followed. The hairdresser is also just a man, you can make a mistake, it could be a bad day, I indicated on the spot and then the next day in a private conversation that I really didn't get what I asked for (see pictures), let's talk about a fair amount (but not all!) that since I haven't burned my hair "just" I can't get used to it (what I got isn't what I asked for), it doesn't give me money back, it improves on it at most. For obvious reasons, I didn’t want to experiment again. He asked for a total of 25,000 forints for the service, of which I would have claimed a refund of x thousand forints, so that our journeys would then be separated in peace. From a service provider’s point of view, when the vest is so spectacular and not out of gentleman’s mischief, I think it’s a small price to pay to keep the good reputation of the business. I was wrong. Of course, the words sorry or sorry were not uttered ... This is how I got richer with an experience, and he with 25 thousand forints and a negative evaluation.
