P	Petra Pál on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy idős hölgy lebénult kis-középtermetű kutyájával állatorvosi rendelőbe érkezett a Best of Taxi társasággal, a 8-as autóval, a szolgáltatással elégedett volt. A rendelésről hazafelé menet is igénybe szerették volna venni ezt a lehetőséget. A diszpécser biztosított az állatbarát autó küldéséről, egyéb feltételt a kutyával kapcsolatban nem támasztott. Ennek ellenére a 69-es számú autót vezető fiatalember nem volt hajlandó elvinni a kutyát, "mert túl nagy", később kifejtette, hogy "szőrös is". Említettük, hogy ide is Best of taxival érkeztek és felajánlottuk, hogy pokrócba tekerjük a kiskutyát, de továbbra sem felelt meg a "feltételeknek". Kértük, hogy intézzen másik autót, de a diszpécserrel történő rövid beszélgetés után aznapra kérésünket visszautasították, mondván, hogy "nincs állatbarát szabad autó". Egy másik taxitársasággal sikerült megoldani a problémát, gond nélkül. Amennyiben állatbarát taxira van szükség, NEM őket ajánlom. A telefonban azt mondta a diszpécser, hogy a címen volt a taxi, viszont nem voltunk kint. Kérdem én buszmegálló vagy mi fene szükséges a taxisnak, hogy felvegye az utasokat? Nem bírunk dudálni eggyet vahy telefonon jelezni, hogy itt van? Elvárás, hogy a hidegben várakozzanak az utasok? Ne szórakozzunk már emberek. Szedjék össze magukat mert ez elég nevetséges. Nem ajánlom senkinek, minősíthetetlen és nevetséges a szolgáltatásuk. Let's see. I would not recommend it to anyone, their service is unqualified and ridiculous.

Egy 9-10 km-es útra az Auchan -tól Diósgyőrbe 2 nagyobb szatyornyi bevásárlással azt vágja nem először a taxis az arcunkba ,hogy nem költöztető cég meg nem tehertaxi .De volt már 140cm-es lapra szerelt egyszerű álló lámpa ami simán befér a csomagtartóba de azt sem ?!Vicc, kik ezek ?! Mit gondolnak magukról jó dolgukban ezek az emberek!Telefont nem veszik fel ,kinyomkodják! Ne feledjék ahogy az emberekkel bánnak akkor amikor emelkedőben vannak, azt fogják kapni is amikor hanyatlanak ,remélem mihamarabb ! Veletek nem utazunk többet az a heti 5-8 alkalom majd megy a FORTUNA TAXI-hoz legalább ők tudják mi az a szolgáltatás és,hogy ők vannak ésszerű keretek között az utasokért és nem az utasok értük !
