★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy néhány ezer forintos tripod állványt szerettem volna vásárolni, amit a webáruházukban ellenőriztem is, hogy van e készleten. Mivel sehol nem találtam, segítséget kértem egy eladótól. Megmutattam a telefonomon, hogy mit keresek. Megnézte a gépben és bement a raktárba, hogy megkeresse. 5-10 perc várakozás után megjelent, újra csekkolta a gépben, majd felém fordult és azt mondta: " Kell, hogy legyen... 3 db-ot hoz a gép, de a raktárba van valahol a kupacban, nem tudok adni" Mondom, hogy két napja kerestem rá, azóta kell, hogy ott legyen. Azóta nem sikerült kipakolni? Erre sarkon fordult és ott hagyott! Biztos, hogy nem veszek náluk soha semmit! Pitiáner brigád!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mai napon Én hívtam fel a központjukat, hogy mi van a csomagommal. Ekkor tájékoztattak, hogy a Royal futárcég akivel szállíttatnak, befejezte a pályafutását. Majd valamikor a jövőhét folyamán újra küldik a csomagomat. Ha nem keresem Őket, semmilyen információt nem tudok a csomagomról, amit mára ígértek... Természetesen kompenzáció nincs! Másik terméket nem küldenek helyette, hogy minél hamarabb megkapjam....
Milyen cég akar ilyen vásárlói hozzáállással sokáig fennmaradni?? Csak a bevétel számít, de aki hozza, az nem! SZÉGYEN

No other product will be sent instead to get it as soon as possible ....
What kind of company wants to survive with such a customer attitude for a long time ?? Only revenue matters, but whoever brings it doesn't! SHAME
