Kitolattam, újból megpróbáltam, semmi. Nyomtam a dudát, sehol senki. Ekkor már elég pipa voltam, mert siettem. Bementem és jeleztem a hölgynek, hogy kérem vissza a pénzem. Mire hátulról megszólalt az akinek csöndben kellett volna maradnia. Az úriember azt mondta, hogy személyzet nem tartozik a szolgáltatáshoz. Értem, köszönöm, a "segítőkész" hozzáállást nem is kellett volna nekem személyzet csak az, hogy működjön a mosó. A pénzem nem kaptam vissza és az autóm piszkos maradt. Csak szólok és leírom a módját a panaszkezelésnek, mert látom nem megy, remélem van ott valaki aki nézi az értékelést. Minimum kérjenek tőlem elnézést a minősíthetetlen szolgáltatásért és kérem vissza a pénzem, amiért SEMMIT nem kaptam az idegeskedésen kívül. Ennek elmulasztása miatt biztosak lehetnek, hogy írok a fogyasztóvédelemnek. I wanted to wash the car. I typed in the code and wrote it down to get it into the washer. I stopped at the stop signal, didn't start. I pushed it out, tried again, nothing. I pressed the horn, no one else. By then I was pretty ticked because I was in a hurry. I went in and told the lady to ask for my money back. By the time the one who should have remained silent spoke. The gentleman said the staff was not part of the service. I understand, thank you, the "helpful" attitude should not have made me staff just to operate the washer. I didn't get my money back and my car stayed dirty. I'm just talking and writing down a way to handle the complaint because I can't see it, I hope there is someone out there looking at the evaluation. At the very least, apologize to me for the unqualified service and get my money back for NOT receiving anything other than nervousness. Failure to do so can make sure I write for consumer protection.

Így benzinnel, dupla áron kellett 200km-t autóznom. It’s also posted on the door at 9pm, but the door isn’t even opened 5 minutes earlier because the employees are rushing home. So I had to drive 200km with petrol at double the price.
