Have a nice day, all dear sportsmates! I strongly recommend the Bicycle Speedbike Bicycle Shop and Service to all of you. The whole team is professional, willing, benevolent. I have been with them for 12 years now and have never been disappointed in either their attitude or their expertise. Sometimes they don’t pick up the phone first, but that’s just because they spend time at work - to the great satisfaction of the locals.

I only have a positive experience with service. Analog and ebikes have also been improved, and free service at ebike has been a smooth affair. In fact, there were a couple of recurring problems and the guys were good at it until they found a solution. No matter how small I go, I always get quick help. I can only recommend them.

Accurate, correct, reliable repair and shop.

Very poor service, I almost had an accident due to their negligence, which I also signaled to Speedbike! At the end of April this year, I took them a one-year bike for a full review. They were informed that they could only review it for free if there was a so-called coupon booklet. I wondered about this, as I wouldn’t be entitled to a full review under warranty when the transmission wasn’t perfect either (the chain touched the chain guide, which I also indicated to my service colleague but they said I definitely need the coupon booklet). I couldn't get this coupon booklet from the first owner, so I went in to pay 9,000 forints for the service. It was a Wednesday and I asked to come for it on Friday because I come from downtown and I have to organize my things that way. I was immediately told to come for it on Thursday, otherwise I would be charged a fee for keeping it there. This, too, was communicated in an infinitely immodest way, not even with the fact itself, but with the way it was communicated. I finally complied with their request and was there the next day for 1 p.m. It was then announced that it was not ready yet and not even the requested support had been fitted to it! Here I ask, what kind of service is it that they are threatened with an extra charge and then not even ready by the deadline they set ??? I brought the bike in doubt as to whether it was really checked and set up, e.g. I indicated that sometimes the chain also jumps (which later became the problem) but the gentleman was very convinced that everything was fine, I went on a city tour for a week and I felt / saw at the beginning that there is no difference in the operation of the bike. compared to the condition before service. The cruise was broken in half so that the chain fell off and it almost became an accident! The chain got stuck between the frame at the hub and the front gear and I almost fell on the road! Luckily, I was able to keep my balance and push the bike off the road. There I handed out the chain and pushed the bike home. After all this I was looking for another service here nearby and the reception was already a thousand times more professional than in Nemes Street and they really did it for the same amount of money and provided me with good advice. I’ve been past 3 cycling days since then and there’s nothing wrong with the bike. It's awful that they dare to call their Nemes Street unit serviced! If they really did and looked through the bike as they claimed, the team is made up of very contars! I suspect they didn't have time for it / didn't care about it and gave the bike back exactly as I gave it to them, considering that they even fitted the support I asked for in the extra when I got there! If there was an injury or accident from the incident, I would definitely take the matter to court! It could have been a serious injury or the loss of a neadj'isten human life from the thing, since we know that the problem is very easy!
