Rendkívül kedves és szakavatott személyzet, családias miliő egy kellemes helyen.

Régen nagyon szerettem ide járni, sajnos azóta eltöröltek a 90 perces Bikramon kívül mindent és az oktató sem elég tapasztalt.

Imádom a helyet, minden kedden és csütörtökön ott a helyem! Néha szombaton is! ?

"Andi oktato" jol kioktatott minket, mert arrol tanakodtunk, hogy kimenjunk e, amikor az 57eves anyukam rosszul lett. En evek ota jogazom es nagyon szeretem, de sosem voltam meg ilyen oktato keze alatt. Az eddigi jogaoraim mindegyiket atjarta a kedvesség, az elfogadas, a kellemes osszetartozas erzese. Andi nem csinalta velunk a gyakorlatokat csak hangosan, szunet nelkul adja az instrukciokat. Inkabb egy fegyenc edzeshez hasonlit, ahogy beszel. Befele fordulni szinte lehetetlen igy. A spiritualitas szele sem csapott meg. Igazan sajnalom.

I just love this yoga studio, Klaudia and her team are just amazing. Classes are held in Hungarian AND in English which makes it international and much easier for foreigners like me. Also, we got the opportunity to have classes with certified and experienced teachers coming from abroad. Bikram yoga is definitely helping me to become stronger, physically and mentally. It's not always easy but that's the point, and the instructors make sure to support you and motivate you when you feel like giving up and after the class you feel proud of yourself. I feel like home every time I'm coming, it's a very friendly place. The studio is very clean and nice, there are showers and you can have some tea after the class, today I got hibiscus tea, delicious! The lesson was very simple and no high quality. I am very surprised that she is now working in Hungary. She has a very bad reputation in Vienna. Manuela´s Feith behavior is very much against the philosophy of yoga. (cheating, lying) To the studio: Sorry but she is not my ex-girlfriend!!! So you can of course also process criticism.

I am a yoga practitioner but not super enthusiast when it comes to pure bikram. I have to admit that the energy of Klaudia is communicative and I really enjoyed her classes. Try it, go there, sweat like hell and experience the well promised 90 minute active meditation. You will definitely not be disappointed.
