I would give zero if possible My wife booked a manicure and pedicure and we were told it would be 2 hrs to wait and they would sms 20 mins before We waited around the area in really hot weather We went back 20 mins before the 2 hrs and was told another 1 hour We sat in a local cafe and after 40 mins they sent an sms to cancel because of technical malfunction More likely it was getting near there closing time of 9pm We wasted more than 2.5 hrs no apology and sms reply from me would not send AVOID AVOID AVOID They tell lies and are unreliable

Randomly I picked this hair salon and went there, but it was a terrible service that I got, a woman hair dresser doesn’t know how to cut, didn’t know skimming or even trimming and were terrible as well. I seriously don’t recommend this hair salon.

Kind hairdressers. No queueing. Quick service.

I had an awful experience in this branch. The barber was very unpolite and she was trimming like she was not trimming a human but a sheep!

Terrible unprofessional haircut I used to cut my hair in this salon for almost 2 years and I was always satisfied. It is not a fancy place but one could always count on a decent professional service. Yesterday I was served by a person who has no idea what she was doing. I assume she is not even a hairdresser. She did hit my head multiple times, with her hands, with a comb (she scratched my ears with it multiple times), with a brush and with hairdryer. I asked for a simple straight bob, I showed 2 pictures and there was another employee translating. The most simple haircut. She did cut it in less than 2 minutes and asked me if that was OK? The difference between left and right side was 2cm! I asked her to fix it and she thought she was done. I asked to check the back and of course it was not straight, zero shading, cut like by 5 year old. I asked to fix that. She than was scratching hard my neck with a comb like some kind of punishment that I was not happy with her service. Than I said it is fine, and I want to go, because I was afraid it will become even worse. I did not even realize how bad it was till I got home. I requested very basic haircut. It is impossible that certified hairdresser would ever do something similar. I will never risk at this chain again.

Went other times and was ok. Today terrible new guy, might have been chopping onions for goulash in my head. ll need to get a cut again in another place. - 3 stars because went other times and was satisfied.
