M	Mária Gorzó on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Múlt héten vasárnap jártam a Sugár mellett lévő szalonban. Fél 11-kor érkeztem, a recepciós kislány kb. másfél órás várakozást mondott, amit az sms érkezéséig vásárlással töltöttem. Az üzletbe visszaérkezve még majdnem fél órát várakoztam, majd Erik nevű fiatalembernél kerültem sorra. Említettem neki, hogy balzsamot ne használjon a hajamra, mert amúgy félhosszú, vékony szálú hajam a balzsamtól kezelhetetlenné válik, és összeesik. Egy pár centis vágást és szárítást kértem. A vágással úgy-ahogy elboldogult, habár tett fel számomra érdekes kérdéseket...mint pl. hátul egyenesre vagy félkörívre vágja-e, lépcsőzetesen vagy fokozatosan..stb. Kb. három-négy havonta járok fodrászhoz, a Biohairnél is voltam már néhány alkalommal, de eddig ilyen jellegű kérdést soha, senki nem tett fel. Szerintem egy fodrásznak látnia kell, hogy a vendég haja eddig hogyan volt vágva. Ezután megkérdezte, hogyan szárítsa. Kérésem az volt, hogy hullámosra. (Én itthon, saját magamnak egy közepes méretű körkefével be tudom szárítani.) Ezután majd egy órán keresztül "szárította" a hajam, vékony tincsenként tekergette fel a hajkefére.. Láttam, hogy ez katasztrófa, így mondtam, hogy na, jó..úgyis fúj a szél, jó ez így..nagyon szerettem volna már felállni a székből. A hajam kb. úgy állt, mintha egy ventilátor előtt ültem volna? Amellett minden hajszálam szinte külön életet élt. Láttam Eriken, hogy nagyon dühös, hogy nem sikerült az, amit ő kigondolt. Nem haragszom rá, inkább itt is az oktatás színvonalát és minőségét kérdőjelezem meg. Ezt a levelet is csak azért írom, hogy erre a hiányosságra felhívjam a figyelmet. Lehet, hogy kiváló frizurát tud készíteni egy férfinek, vagy egy olyan hölgynek, akinek úgymond normális a hajszerkezete, de igen sokan vagyunk olyanok, akiknél ez nem áll fenn. Ettől függetlenül, nem valószínű, hogy belátható időn belül igénybe veszem a Biohair szolgáltatását. Last week I went to the salon next to Sugar on Sunday. He somehow managed the cut, although he asked me some interesting questions ... like. cut back straight or semicircular at the back, stepwise or gradually..etc. I go to the hairdresser about every three or four months, I've been to Biohair a few times already, but so far no one has ever asked such a question. I think a hairdresser needs to see how the guest’s hair has been cut so far. He then asked how to dry it. My request was to be wavy. (I can dry it myself at home with a medium-sized round brush.) Then, for an hour, he "dried" my hair, curled it up into the hairbrush in thin strands. I saw that it was a disaster, so I said, well, good..the wind is blowing anyway, that's good..I'd really wanted to get up from my chair. My hair is approx. it was as if I was sitting in front of a fan? Besides, every hair lived almost a separate life. I saw Eriken very angry that he failed to do what he had come up with. I am not angry with it, I rather question the standard and quality of education here as well. I am also writing this letter just to draw attention to this shortcoming. You may be able to make a great hairstyle for a man or a lady with a hair structure that is said to be normal, but there are a lot of people who don’t. Regardless, I am unlikely to use Biohair in the foreseeable future.

N	Nathan Ford on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to get your hair cut. Stylists are friendly, professional, and I've had very little trouble only speaking English. The space is always very clean and I've never had to wait very long which is appreciated. You can pay with a debit/credit card, but unfortunately you can't tip which would be really helpful as I don't often carry cash. Please just let me add the gratuity to my bill and give the stylists cash from the drawer. That's my only complaint with an otherwise really great business. They also use very nice "product" if you're into that sort of thing.
