Az eladó hölgy nagyon kedves, nagyon ért a bicajokhoz. Segített megmérni, pontosan milyen méretű kerékpárra lesz szükségem. Kedvesek, vásárlóközpontúak voltak a kollegájával, mindet elmondtak amire kíváncsi voltam, hasznos tanácssal láttak el. Nagyon ajánlom őket. I ordered a Pinarello bike from them. When I arrived I had to wait a bit, but in the meantime I admired the more beautiful “paripas”. The seller lady is very kind, very understanding of the biceps. It helped me measure exactly what size bike I would need. They were kind, customer-centric with their colleague, they told me everything I was curious about, they provided useful advice. I highly recommend them.

Ingerülten közölte velem az eladó, hogy amennyiben nem náluk vásároltam a kerékpárt akkor javíttassam meg ott ahol ahol vásároltam. Ezt a hozzáállást nem vártam. Természetesen az anyacégnek is jeleztem hogy ebben az országban milyen hozzáállású a márkakereskedő. Senkinek nem ajánlom a boltot. I called them on the phone to see if they could replace the broken part of my bike. Annoyed, the seller told me that if I didn't buy the bike from them, I would have it repaired where I bought it. I did not expect this attitude. Of course, I also indicated to the parent company the attitude of the dealer in this country. I do not recommend the store to anyone.

Lehet variálni a sorkiosztással, első lánctányér méretével is(bár ezek plusz költséget jelentenek). Én maradtam a piros, ultegrás, compact Cento1Air versenypairpánál, de a sok verzió közötti hezitálásomat türelemmel kivárták. A boltban garantált az olasz hangulat, az izgalmas kerékpáros történetek a régi időkből, versenyekről. Talalkoztam a névadó olasz tulajdonossal is. Ő hozta és szerelte össze a bicajomat. Bár nem tudok egy mukkot se olaszul, de egyből befogadva éreztem magam a biondo-s olasz csalába. Csak a Wilier ❤️ I bought a cool bike here ? (Cento1Air, red). I stayed with the red ultra compact Cento1Air racing pair, but my hesitations between many versions were patiently awaited. The shop guarantees the Italian atmosphere, exciting cycling stories from the old days and races. I also met the Italian owner. He brought and assembled my bike. Although I don't know any mukk in Italian, I was instantly absorbed in the biondo Italian bait. Only Wilier ❤️
