Hi! In three cases I bought the millet made by the company and on all three occasions I got a product with an extremely smoky smell. I'm disappointed.

We have been ordering from them for years, they are very helpful and flexible, the product range is also diverse. I can only recommend them.

Unfortunately, this webshop is especially disappointing. This is my first and last purchase here. I ordered two types of products from them, both of which indicated that it was in stock. With a very favorable discount price for one. A few days later, their customer service called and they didn’t even apologize for their mistake, they just said it was nothing out of stock that I asked for. A smaller package of one product is only available, they ship it. Of course not on sale The other product has been said that if they get my package ready they will be sent then if not, then no. What kind of attitude is this? Immediately after their call, I went up to their website, and has been there for both products ever since and is in stock. This is to deceive the buyer, to seduce him with a bargain price, and then they fix it. The delivery address was spoiled despite the fact that it is also included in the confirmation and indicated on the invoice. I waited all day for the package at the delivery address provided, then I came home and the courier came here. Just as we met at the gate, we almost avoided each other. At least the "negotiated" number was kept. If I had felt any helpfulness on them I would not have described them, but they were amateurs, unfriendly and incorrect. I'm sorry. I want other buyers to have a much better experience with them!

It is only 1 * because less cannot be given. It is simply outrageous that the products are rancid. I haven’t bought the products in a long time because of the sour poppy. I thought the situation must have improved, well not !!! Raspberry poppy, rancid millet porridge ... I think I’m finally done with this company. These organic products are too expensive to always be made on compost. Oh and I bought it several times, from several places biorganik product. So I can't believe the claim that it's not the company's fault, but the stores that don't store well ... An otherwise good word of mouth product. And what about web stores? Not all of them can be stored, and interestingly, not every company’s product is rancid. But after that, it doesn't matter at all ...
